State-Regions agreement 2025
On April 19, 2025 the State-Regions Conference has approved the new Single Agreement regarding Training in Health and Safety at Work. This is a “framework” agreement that brings together the various texts currently in place.
The Agreement indicates the active teaching methods:
Part V.2 METHODOLOGICAL AND PROCEDURAL INDICATIONS FOR DETAILED DESIGN
2.4 Active teaching methodologies
Augmented and virtual reality: these are immersive technologies and are made up of systems that, through mobile viewing, listening or manipulation devices, can add multimedia information to the reality that the user naturally perceives. Augmented reality allows the learner to see digital parts superimposed on physical parts, while virtual reality isolates the learner from the external environment, immersing him in a parallel digital reality. Augmented reality allows for the provision of technical instructions remotely in real time and for the experimentation of new, even complex, procedures. The use of virtual reality allows you to take advantage of training moments, without being physically present in a specific workplace and to simulate different scenarios for training and educational purposes. Training activities are thus made possible and simplified, thanks to the ability to view information in real time, allowing you to repeat tests and operations in multiple training sessions, reducing the consequences of any errors.-
