Reduction of stress symptoms with autogenic training

The aim of this study is to clarify the changes in biological measures during autogenic training and the relationship between these biological measures and the changes in physical and psychological measures induced by continuation of autogenic training in a CAVE VR environment. We evaluate these changes using the salivary cortisol level, body temperature, variation of mood score, and psycho-physiological indices as heart rate and skin conductance level.
